Programs of the Academy

London Academy of Education carries out large-scale scientific and educational activity. At the same time the Academy is not the usual educational institution and currently it does not implement standard academic programs of higher education.

The main function of the Academy is stimulation, popularization and qualitative assessment of scientific and analytical creativity of researchers on the international level.

Systematic scientific-analytical creativity of researchers, stimulated organized, approbated and evaluated in projects introduced by the Academy, is focused on development of progressive original innovations as well as their professional expert attestation and international promulgation.

Such intellectual activity inevitably predetermines not only deep and comprehensive improvement of knowledge and skills of researchers, but also formation of new original arrays of knowledge (contribution to science) by them.

This is in fact the powerful educational content of scientific-analytical projects introduced by the Academy.

The mechanism of implementation of such projects creates necessary conditions and incentives for inevitably effective growth of professional competences of researchers - participants of projects. Such educational effect is reached in the following way:

  • through independent improvement of knowledge by indicated persons in order to become prepared to participation in projects;
  • through approbation of original scientific studies in collegial discussions;
  • through adoption of advanced knowledge and skills of colleagues from around the world during professional communications;
  • through expert attestation of quality of scientific studies;
  • through creation of competitive (comparative) status stimulation to improve original researcher's activity (within research analytics championships);
  • through creation and implementation of methodological conditions and awards stimulating the elaboration of original innovations by researchers.

Improvement of the special educational competence of researchers within the Academy scientific-analytical projects is verified by the international expert attestation. Results of such attestation are documentarily verified in the format of establishment of supplementary scientific-analytical competence of the researcher.

Therefore within the framework of the Academy projects the educational process has the secondary and auxiliary (accompanying) nature in relation to the scientific-analytical activity. At the same time it has clearly expressed content and all grounds to be independently determined and formalized.

Taking into account high qualitative level of knowledge, skills and intellectual processes involved in the scientific-analytical activity, educational programs of the Academy projects have the status of the supplementary education (improvement of the scientific-educational and professional qualification) in relation to the system of traditional higher education.

In future the Academy plans to implement full-cycle professional programs of higher education.
